I the server down for good or just temp. down? can someone please explain to me what is happening

Well considering neither the Owner nor the HGM have come explaining things on the forums, I think that says a lot on it's own.

I remember it locking up before I went to sleep, so idk what exactly happened within the last 6-8 hours. :/
